- Eppley Caribbean Property Fund
Largest listed real estate fund in the Caribbean. Owns a diversified commercial real estate portfolio across the region, with blue chip tenanted industrial, BPO, office and retail assets. Produces attractive hard currency income and capital appreciation. Only real estate fund listed on all three major regional stock exchanges: Jamaica Stock Exchange, Barbados Stock Exchange and the Trinidad and Tobago Stock Exchange.
