Als Hochschule der Angewandten Wissenschaften mit starkem natur- und ingenieurwissenschaftlichem Profil konzentrieren wir uns auf MINT-Fächer (Mathematik-Ingenieurwissenschaften-Naturwissenschaft-Technik).
EQUAL unterstützt Menschen mit berufsqualifizierenden Abschluss beim (Wieder-) Einstieg in den Arbeitsmarkt und bei der Anpassung an die sich ständig wandelnden Anforderungen moderner Berufsbilder. Als Beitrag zu Diversität und Chancengerechtigkeit sind Akademiker*innen mit einem im Ausland erworbenen Hochschulabschluss eine wichtige Zielgruppe unserer Qualifizierungsangebote.
In Ergänzung sensibilisiert EQUAL die Gesellschaft und Unternehmen für mehr Wertschätzung interkulturell zusammengesetzter Teams und unterstützt bei der Gewinnung internationaler MINT-Expert*innen. Hierzu bieten wir Unternehmen mit MINT-Fachkräftebedarf ein spezifisches Beratungsangebot in Bezug auf Fachkräfteeinwanderung (FEG) und zum Integrationsmanagement.
