Vanuit Equilibrio & Alegria werk ik voornamelijk als trainer, coach & counselor. Ik begeleid mensen die om wat voor reden dan ook even vastgelopen zijn in hun leven, en een stukje support kunnen gebruiken op hun pad. Ik doe dat vanuit een groot open hart en een luisterend – en niet veroordelend – oor. Soms confronteer ik je liefdevol. Je mag ook humor verwachten als je met me op zelfonderzoek uitgaat.
Naast de individuele coaching en begeleiding, werk ik momenteel als vaste coach binnen Breekjaar, waar ik een intensief tussenjaar voor jongeren begeleid. Ik geef daarnaast trainingen en workshops aan bedrijven, die in de kern altijd over bewustzijnsverruiming en persoonlijk leiderschap gaan.
Equilbrio betekent evenwicht of balans, alegria betekent vreugde. Sinds ik terugkwam van een reis door Zuid-Amerika in 2013, zijn dat twee kernwaarden die altijd in mijn werkende leven thuis zullen horen. Zo werk ik eigenlijk nooit meer dan 3 tot 4 dagen per week en gaat er oprecht geen dag voorbij dat ik niet blij ben met wat ik doe. En als dat wel zo is, dan weet ik dat het tijd is voor verandering…
