Firstclass virtual models created through design and construction have little value to an owner unless they can be repurposed for lifecycle management. This is rarely performed in project delivery but is our core strength. We provide the critical soft landing for owners and operators to learn to use their new 3D model acquisition in a meaningful way.
We often find that upon completion of a Building works project, facility data is delivered poorly and entered poorly into a Computer Aided Facilities Management (CAFM) system. Ultimately the data becomes difficult to manage and disconnected from the facility. We can help to turn this process on it’s head by implementing a BIM solution to plan, organise and have your data delivered better. We’ll create the framework required to build a sophisticated virtual model capable of integrating into your organisational management systems.
