Tijdens de vorming en begeleiding geef ik extra aandacht aan die stappen die nodig zijn om een uitgebreid instrument kwaliteitsvol in te vullen (observatie, gegevensverzameling en communicatie in team) evenals het opbouwen van een zorgplan op maat (principes van cliëntgerichte zorg, doelgerichte zorg, transmurale zorg..).
BelRAI Suite is geen invullijstje of automatisch zorgplan. Het is een methodiek die diep in de wortels van de werking van de organisatie en zorgprocessen dient te zitten om optimaal tot zijn recht te komen. Hiervoor is vorming en begeleiding nodig om de noodzakelijke kennis te verwerven en zorgprocessen bij te sturen.
