Developed in Jamaica for Grupo Pinero at a US$277 Million cost.
.- Margaritaville Timeshare Conversion by Wyndham, Puerto Rico. Completed at a cost of $54 Million for the Jimmy Buffet Margaritaville Holdings Group.
.- Hilton Daytona Beach Oceanfront Resort. Full PIP Renovation completed at a cost of $25 Million for Starwood Capital Group ownership.
ENTEC LTD. provides post natural disaster storm recovery services as well as insurance claim prep and settlement process assistance for affected hospitality clients. Most recently Hurricane Matthew and Hurricane Irma which affected South Florida in late 2016 and late 2017 on high profile properties such as Hilton and Starwood.
