• We are a family owned and operated company, established in 2008 and trading nationwide

• We use bespoke estimating and measurement software to produce our Bill of Quantities to SMM7/NRM in line with the clients Contract Sum Analysis
• We offer a take-off only service, producing high quality Bill of Quantities to the level of detail you require, for your own in-house team to price
• We also offer our full tender bid service, ready for adjudication
• Estimator secondment packages - integrate ESUK directly into your in-house department
• Subcontractor measurement packages
• We are extremely flexible in our approach to all jobs
• We can provide a complete tendering service on projects ranging in value between £250,000 and £70,000,000
