The family business started when Richard Pearson opened the Harvey World Toronto franchise with son, Adam, in 1997. Richard then went on to expand the business by providing outstanding personal service as well as the great advantages that membership of the global HWT network offers to travelling executives, groups and individuals. Shared values As Richard acquired more HWT agencies, he invited the next generation to join the business: his sons Adam and Geoffrey and their partners Fiona and Lidija now play leading roles. All share Richard’s strong service values and inspire staff members to look after clients with the same dedication. The growing Pearson family business, the largest HWT franchise group in the Hunter, now comprises four agencies: Toronto, Kotara, Glendale, Mount Hutton. We manage the group and provide our dedicated corporate travel service from the Toronto office. The business moved to Travel Associates, Australia's only premium travel agency brand, in mid 2018 and found their 'home' amongst Australia's most experienced travel advisers.
