EuroTech Union is a pan-European public–private initiative designed to advance Europe’s long-term technological sovereignty across critical digital domains. Our mission is to align institutions, industry, academia and civil society around a shared roadmap for ethical, strategic and collaborative innovation — rooted in European values.
We believe Europe must secure independent capability in key digital infrastructures to uphold its democratic, economic and strategic autonomy in the 21st century. That requires collective leadership in cloud, chips, AI, operating systems, quantum computing, cybersecurity, and digital trust mechanisms.
EuroTech Union operates as a strategic platform — not a think tank, not a startup — to accelerate coordination, vision, and capacity-building across Member States, EU programmes, research centres and industrial ecosystems.
Our work is structured around six strategic pillars:

• euroCloud: A federated, secure cloud infrastructure
• euroAI: Ethical, transparent and trustworthy artificial intelligence
• euroChip: Semiconductor and microelectronics sovereignty
• euroQ: Quantum computing and communication made in Europe
• euroChain: Interoperable blockchain systems for public trust
Through foresight, collaboration and public engagement, we aim to position Europe as a global model for open, sustainable, and sovereign technological ecosystems.
We engage with EU institutions, national ministries, RTOs, universities and European tech actors — building a common framework to drive digital innovation aligned with the EU Chips Act, AI Act, Cyber Resilience Act, IRIS², and other Union-wide initiatives.
