Primary Services:
-- Advising clients on the structuring, pricing, execution and on-going monitoring of derivative positions, including hedges on interest rates, currencies and commodities (swaps, caps, swaptions, collars, corridors, etc.).
-- Assisting clients in navigating through the Dodd-Frank/CFTC regulations and requirements for over-the-counter derivatives.
-- Review and negotiation of ISDA swap documentation.
-- Advising on all types of debt offerings, providing recommendations on debt mix (fixed/floating rate), product selection, term, amortization structure, pricing and optional redemption provisions.
-- Assisting in the solicitation, evaluation and negotiation of proposals from underwriters, bank direct loan lenders and credit facility providers.
