Evolve Workplace is a casual, locally-owned collaborative coworking and office space focused on growing micro-enterprises and small businesses. It is the largest locally-owned and all-inclusive coworking facility in the Midwest.
While Evolve offers private office suites for 1-20, its focus is on the newest wave of commercial real estate--coworking. Evolve's membership model offers month-to-month flexibility, and is all-inclusive. This allows businesses to do what they do best--work on growing profitable enterprises, while Evolve takes care of everything else. Ultra-fast 1 gig Wi-Fi, all utilities, copying/printing, and unlimited gourmet coffee/teas/waters flavored with real fruit are all part of the package. Additionally, so are small/medium/large conference room spaces ( hours /mo for FT members), private "phone booths", and more.
In the center of the space, there is a game room with retro board games/puzzles, a putting green, ping pong, darts, and air hockey.
Evolve Workplace features almost 25,000 s.f. flexible office, meeting and event space, along with an attached 6,000 s.f. warehouse.
Evolve's staff pride themselves in being a catalyst for business innovation and collaboration, and encourages its small business members to interface with some of the innovative corporate teams that have chosen to locate their workers off-site. It's common to have a lunch 'n' learn, a topical business seminar, networking event or Happy Hour to bring members together.
