Dès le départ de l’activité en 2004, nous nous sommes focalisés dans le domaine de la Relation Abonné, en apportant notre expertise et nos moyens opérationnels à toutes les structures ayant une démarche commerciale sous forme d’abonnement : le secteur de la Presse (PQR, Presse technique, ….), le secteur de l’énergie (Abonnement pour ENGIE), le secteur des clubs (abonnement au stade),…
Trois services structurent nos actions dans l’univers de l’abonnement : Service Client Abonné, Service Acquisition & Fidélisation, Service Gestion d’abonnement & Back Office saisie de contrat.
En 2017, nous avons investi dans un centre d’appel spécialisé dans la relation Client dans le secteur de l’e-commerce. Nous avons œuvré pour harmoniser nos procédures afin d’apporter à ce domaine, tout notre savoir-faire acquis dans l’univers de l’abonnement. Fin 2020, fort de la demande, nous avons ouvert une deuxième unité de production, à Perpignan.
Deux services structurent nos actions dans l’univers de l’e-commerce : Service Client Consommateur (avec des prestations vente en appel entrant), Service Back office traitement.
