Die EWP Infra GmbH errichtet und betreibt Serviceeinrichtungen für Unternehmen, welche auf ihrem Werksgelände Subunternehmen für projektspezifische Aufgaben in temporären Einrichtungen unterbringen und diese Subunternehmen vom Gelände auslagern möchten.
Die Nachteile dieser temporären Unterbringungen, welche meist in Form von "Containerstädten" realisiert werden, sind vor allem hohe Haftungsrisiken bei einem Betriebsunfall am Werksgelände.
Mit der Ausglagerung in unsere Serviceeinrichtungen, auch Eco Work Places genannt (EWP), kann dieses Haftungsrisiko verlagert werden.
Die EWP´s, welche wir errichten, sind hinsichtlich Nachhaltigkeit auf dem neuesten Stand der Technik ausgestattet. So bestehen Wand- und Deckenkonstruktionen aus Kreuzlagenholz aus heimischer Produktion. Die für den Betrieb des Gebäudes benötigte Energie wird selbst erzeugt.
Als oberstes Ideal steht für uns ein Plus Energie Gebäude.

Dabei hat sich mit der “Competence Group for Clean Production (CG4CP)“ eine neue Unternehmenskooperation formiert, die für ihre nationalen und internationalen Kunden gemeinsam innovative Lösungen entwickelt und anbietet.
