ex|XO is a global network of Crossover alumni connecting to advance one another's careers and personal enjoyment of being a leader in remote-first work. We serve as sounding boards for one another and a source of remote-first job leads that ex|XOers may love themselves or may know someone who will. Founded in 2021 by former decade+ Trilogy veteran Davin Cushman, Crossover alum Anca-Maria Ghisa, and a collection of engaged alums who we call "Ambassadors", ex|XO is sponsored by Davin's company Brightrose. Though we maintain a friendly relationship with Trilogy and ESW Capital, ex|XO is a separate, independent group with no formal connection to ESW Capital.
