eXcellerate supports the deployment of iXcede by supporting leaders to undertake a broader mine site improvement initiative that has been shown to significantly improve productivity and within the supply chain constraints increase production with the existing equipment fleet. We support these initiatives using eXcellerate – The Way, a proven, world class methodology to practically manage and sustain the change needed to achieve our client's ambitions.
