As people, are all wired to feel safe and settled when we are connected. We educate couples about the distance maintaining cycles they are caught in using modern attachment theory. We frame these self protective stances & cycles as the common problem and facilitate new connected conversations & experiences using experiential therapy.

We also have specialist programmes offering re-bonding experiential experiences for couples impacted by Addiction
A six week programme in central London, Start2stop, which accepts external referrals
1-2 day intensives for those impacted by sex and/or pornography addiction, wanting to settle their attachment cycles and find a clear pathway to recovery from betrayal trauma. These are based in Leatherhead are facilitated by COSRT registered & Attachment Couples specialists
