Expertisecentrum De Borg is een samenwerkingsverband van vier door de overheid erkende instellingen:
Trajectum, Fivoor-Wier, Ipse de Bruggen en STEVIG (Dichterbij).
Samen bieden we zorg aan cliënten die sterke gedragsstoornissen hebben en die licht verstandelijk beperkt (SGLVG) zijn. Ook bieden we forensische (SGLVG+) en ambulante zorg. Het gaat om een relatief kleine groep cliënten met een grote maatschappelijke impact. Als het niet goed gaat zorgen ze voor grote problemen voor zichzelf en hun omgeving. De problemen van de cliënten die wij helpen balanceren op het snijvlak van drie sectoren:
• Verstandelijk gehandicaptenzorg (VG);
• Geestelijke gezondheidszorg (GGZ);
• Forensische zorg (Veiligheid en Justitie).
