الأهداف المحددة:
1. تنمية قدرات رواد الأعمال وأصحاب المؤسسات التجارية والصناعية في مصر والدول العربية و الافريقية لزيادة معدل الصادرات و رفع معدلات التبادل التجارى بين تلك الدول و بعضها.
2. تدريب المشاركين / الجهات المستفيدة على برامج تدريب متخصصة فى مجال التجارة الدولية معتمدة من احد الجهات الدولية الخارجية (accredited) بهدف زيادة اعداد المصدرين الجدد ورفع قدراتهم ومعرفتهم ومهاراتهم ليكونوا قادرين على ايجاد منتجات ذات قيمة مضافة تتماشى مع متطلبات الاسواق التصديرية المستهدفة وتصميم وتنفيذ استراتيجيات تسويقية جديدة وتقنيات الترويج من أجل وضع منتجاتهم بشكل فعال في الأسواق المحلية والإقليمية.
3. تنمية القدرات التصديرية للمرأة العاملة للنهوض بمستواها ورفع قدراتها التنافسية فى الاسواق.
