FAIREBEL ontstaat na de melkcrisis in 2009. De coöperatieve heeft als doel melkproducten van topkwaliteit van lokale familiebedrijven op de markt te brengen. La création de FAIREBEL résulte de la crise du lait en 2009. La coopérative poursuit plusieurs missions : offrir des produits laitiers aux normes de qualité les plus élevées et encourager les exploitations locales, familiales. Au fil des ans, la gamme de produits laitiers s’est étoffée. En 2020, la coopérative Fairebel s’ouvre aux producteurs de fruits et de viande – toujours en poursuivant ses missions initiales. Ses produits sont vendus à un prix recommandé qui est le résultat d’une juste répartition des profits entre les acteurs, en commençant par le producteur qui est ainsi assuré d’un revenu décent. Pour les consommateurs comme pour les agriculteurs, FAIREBEL est donc la réponse parfaite aux défis de l’alimentation.

Die Gründung von FAIREBEL ist aus der Milchkrise von 2009 hervorgegangen. Ziel der Genossenschaft ist es, Milchprodukte mit höchsten Qualitätsstandards anzubieten und lokale, familiäre Betriebe zu fördern. Im Laufe der Jahre wurde das Produktsortiment erweitert und die Genossenschaft hat sich 2020 auch für Fleisch- und Obstproduzenten geöffnet, ohne dabei ihre ursprünglichen Leitmotive zu vergessen.
