Fat and Appy creates beautiful modern art prints on canvas designed by Colorado children's book author and illustrator Jonathan Fenske.
Our modern art for children lives in the land between cutesy princess and soccer ball mass-produced prints and out-of-reach art gallery paintings.

Jonathan Fenske is the author and illustrator of the children's books Love Is in the Air, Guppy Up! and Woodward and McTwee (Penguin USA). A fourth children's book, A Pig, A Fox, and A Box, will be published Summer 2015 (also by Penguin). As a gallery artist, Jonathan's paintings of vintage Fisher Price toys and other vintage playthings have been exhibited in galleries and museums nationwide, as well as being featured on HGTV.com, New American Paintings and the Atlanta-Journal Constitution.
Jennifer Manske Fenske is a novelist and the author of The Wide Smiles of Girls and Toss the Bride (St. Martin's Press/Thomas Dunne Books.) She's currently finishing up the first installment in a three-book series for middle grade readers. The Magical Raintree Daughters is a fantasy adventure novel for girls starring three really amazing young ladies. Jonathan is providing the illustrations, of course!
