I’m looking for a few good SPC’s.
Are you a Federal Employee who also holds an SPC or other train-the-trainer certificates? If so, I want to talk with you regarding Fed Agility.
Initially I am looking for a few SPC’s so that we can start teaching the Scaled Agile methodology. The goal is to have other SPC’s help co-teach the new SAFe for Government, but from the perspective of a Federal employee.
You: Hard working and dedicated Federal employee with tons of experience in the Federal workspace, with intimate knowledge of what has to change or be modified for Agencies to adopt a lean-agile mindset. While you have walked Agencies through the transition from traditional waterfall to Agile in the past, and you also hold a certification from Scaled Agile as an SPC.
Me: A dedication Federal Employee who has walked multiple agencies through the Agile transformation, fought the battles, and came out with a unique understanding of how Agile is both needed and modified to fit the intricacies of the Government. I am full time professor for the government specializing in Agile methodologies and sat in on the SAFe for Government course pre-launch.
SAFe for Government: the newest Scaled Agile certification for SPC’s to teach. I was lucky enough to be involved with the SAFe for Government pre-launch and was able to get an intimate knowledge of how it was setup and works.
Fed Agility: A company started to allow Federal employees to use their unique skill sets and train-the-trainer certifications to spread the knowledge across the Federal workspace. We allow our Federal employees to partner with Fed Agility, teach classes on your schedule, and make money to supplement your income too! Our typical partner instructor teaches one class every other month for two days and is paid as a 1099 contractor while keeping your full time Federal position and benefits!
