If you acknowledge their experience with your company, then it will reflect on their profile as a blue tick mark. It helps the other employers to authenticate the experience. Once done you will be able to post the jobs. You can post jobs based on your category. There are Three major categories, Full Time, Part Time and One Time. One Time Job This category is for One Time based jobs. You can provide your Offer Price here. Employees will able to accept or requote you instantly. Check their reviews and experience before acceptance. And pay him directly after the service. Full Time & Part Time Jobs Post the jobs and wait for the suitable person to apply. View his full profile and send an invitation for him to attend the online interview. You can suggest 4 different timings. The video button will be activated on your side, once the employee-accepted time slot arrived. Social Networking Connect with your friends and share your job related photos. Posting your job related photos will help the employer to get a better understanding of your work. Share the new jobs with your friends to support them.
