Das genaue Gegenteil ist der Fall. Literatur, Forschung und unsere Erfahrung als Coaches, Berater und Unternehmer zeigen uns: Das wertvollste Gut in unserer Zeit sind die Fähigkeiten von Menschen. Für Coaches und Führende bedeutet dies vor allem mit Unschärfe umgehen, Reflexionsfähigkeit ausbauen und emotional schwierige Situationen meistern. In Organisationen geht es darum, die hintergründige Systemdynamiken und Kulturmuster in den Blick zu bekommen, um sie gezielt zu beeinflussen.
Wir meinen: Jede hier investierte Minute ist gut angelegt. Was unsere Firmen, Organisationen und unsere Gesellschaft grundsätzlich brauchen, sind Menschen, die angesichts der anstehenden Herausforderungen gelassen bleiben und in der Lage sind, feiner wahrzunehmen, klüger sich selbst und andere zu orientieren sowie situativ taktvoller und dadurch langfristig wirkungsvoller zu handeln.
Zu einer auf diese Weise "ästhetischen" (von griech.: aisthesis = Wahrnehmung) und daher auch dialogischen Herangehensweise an Coaching, Führung und Organisationsberatung forschen und lehren wir am FELIX Institut.
