fem:ability ist eine studentische Initiative der Zeppelin Universität mit Fokus auf die Sichtbarmachung von inspirierenden Frauen sowie des Empowerments der Studierenden, ihre Ziele zu verfolgen. Durch verschiedene Formate sollen Student:innen mit spannenden und inspirierenden Frauen zusammengebracht werden, um weibliche Vorbilder zu schaffen, die eigenen Fähigkeiten auszubauen und vor allem das Selbstbewusstsein zu schaffen, den eigenen Weg zu verfolgen. Ein interaktiver Wissenstransfer innerhalb der Initiative, sowie ein Newsletter soll außerdem dazu beitragen, dass sich die Mitglieder gegenseitig helfen und inspirieren. Schließlich soll auch durch die Sichtbarmachung der Arbeit innerhalb der Initiative an der Zeppelin Universität die Visibilität erfolgreicher und inspirierender Frauen gesteigert werden und somit vor allem junge Frauen weitere Möglichkeiten aufgezeigt werden, sich selbst zu verwirklichen.
