Das FidCap-Projekt M-Tower (ca. 35.000 m², jetzt: „Atlas“), das erste Projekt im Bau des angesagten Werksviertels im Münchner Osten, wie auch das FidCap-Projekt M-Quartier (ca. 40.000 m²), der erste gewerbliche Neubau seit Komplettauszug des Siemenskonzernsaus den Stadtteilen Obersendling/Thalkirchen im aufstrebenden Münchner Süden, haben die jeweils höchste Zertifizierung der Deutschen Gesellschaft für Nachhaltiges Bauen bzw. des weltweit führenden Nachhaltigkeitszertfikats “Leadership in Energy and Environmental Design“ erhalten.
