I am a fully qualified and experienced Personal Trainer who works with people of all abilities and have run my fitness company for over 15 years. I run garage workouts in my fitness garage based in Hackney, East London or provide training within local parks, which ever suits you best.
I work with people who are looking to improve within their sport as well as clients who are looking to improve their general fitness and health.
I offer pad work training, weight lifting, kettle bell workouts, rehabilitation, kungfufit classes which uses punching and kicking techniques as well as pad work, which not only improves fitness but offers self protection skills as well.
My group activities classes uses kungfu fit and circuits so get together with your friends or work colleages and arrange a weekily class to improve your health and well being, team working, mental health and confidence.
