c) Management Report, Board presentations, CEO Dashboards, KPI’s etc.
d) Process controls;
e) Legal contracting including negotiations (both India and International);
f) Business/ Internal audit services;
g) Management of stressed assets;
h) FEMA/RBI matters;
i) Fund raising;
j) Incorporation, Accounting, statutory compliances, including facilitating statutory audit for Start-ups and SME Companies.
k) Accounting offshore services for International Companies.
