The Challenge We Address
Many transitioning servicemembers struggle because they don’t know how their military training applies to civilian jobs. More than 50% of veterans said the process of returning to civilian life was more challenging than they expected.

FindAFitt is a multi-sided platform that will provide free services to military veterans, matching them to the organization that best fits both parties via the FindAFitt Career Compass™. Revenue will be generated through advertisements, subscription-based services bought by individual organizations, and through commission-based fees charged to organizations for successful new hires.
