The Finders Force team aims to join that list.
In Traffic Management, there are a host of raging pain points when it comes to hiring temp staff. Multiple emails, ongoing phone calls, wasted time, lack of trust, sub-par operatives, no-shows, over-bookings, under-bookings. We asked ourselves one simple question: Why is hiring decent operatives so stressful and costly? From this single question, Finders Force was born.
