Nicole is a Therapist and Licensed Clinical Social Worker in Maryland. She received her Bachelor of Science in Psychology from Towson University in 1996 and a Master of Social Work with a specialization in mental health from the University of Pittsburgh in 1999. Nicole has over 10 years of experience as a therapist. Prior to going into private practice, she worked in a variety of settings with children, adolescents, and adults, including Jewish Family Services; Sinai Hospital Outpatient Psychiatry, Intensive Outpatient and Partial Hospitalization Programs, and Emergency Department; and Sheppard Pratt at Ellicott City. She has a great deal of experience helping clients with depression, anxiety, bipolar disorder, ADD/ADHD, and post traumatic stress disorder (PTSD).
Nicole utilizes techniques from cognitive behavioral therapy and the psychodynamic perspective to customize her approach to each client. In addition, Nicole is specially trained in trauma therapy. She is a professional member of Resolve: The National Infertility Association, as well as the American Society for Reproductive Medicine (ASRM) and its Mental Health Professional Group (MHPG).
