FinTouch a été créée en 2016 dans la Région Sud, pour rendre plus accessible le financement en fonds propres des PME-ETI, à partir d’une approche originale réunissant des chefs d’entreprise ayant tous en commun un fort attachement à cette Région, à son tissu économique et à son développement.

FinTouch s’inscrit dans un véritable partenariat de long terme avec le management des entreprises financées, afin d'accélérer la croissance des PME-ETI et les aider à développer leur potentiel de croissance : aide à la croissance organique (mise à disposition d’un réseau puissant, entrepreneurial, grands comptes et institutionnels, mobilisés autour de FinTouch et d’Occipac, et d’une équipe de proximité, réactive et proche des dirigeants), amélioration des performances opérationnelles (mise en place d’outils de pilotage financier) et appui à la stratégie financière, renforcement de l’organisation pour accompagner la croissance (aide à la mise en place d’une gouvernance adaptée à la croissance, aide à la structuration juridique et actionnariale, structuration des départements/divisions).
