Before qualifying as an Executive Coach, I spent over a decade working for large professional services organisations such as PA Consulting Group, KPMG and EY as a Talent Management professional. I planned and delivered large-scale talent interventions and was heavily involved in performance management and succession planning. Being so closely involved in enhancing people performance, I discovered a passion for coaching.
