Our mission is to ignite innovation, foster collaboration, and create employment opportunities for young people in rural Uganda, starting with Mubende District and expanding to nearby districts, including Kakumiro, Mityana, Kibale, Kyenjojo and Fortportal. At Firefly Innovation Network, we believe that brilliance is evenly distributed, but opportunities are not. Our programs are designed to equip young minds with the skills they need to thrive in the global digital economy, regardless of their background or access to formal education. Additionally, we emphasize gender inclusivity, ensuring that young women and underserved categories in our population have equal access to digital empowerment programs.
