De FIT-academy biedt advies en trainingen, voor en door mensen in de geestelijke gezondheidszorg, die bijdragen aan herstel en participatie van mensen met psychische aandoeningen. Wij staan voor zorg waarbij ambulant leidend is. Klinieken zijn onderdeel van een zorgnetwerk. Wij zijn er dus voor alle professionals in de geestelijke gezondheidszorg, in de ambulante en de kliniekteams.
Wij werken vanuit de gedachte dat de geestelijke gezondheidszorg beter kan met de herstelvisie als grondhouding en het centraal plaatsen van de relatie met de cliënt. Wij willen zorgprofessionals leren hoe ze nog succesvoller kunnen worden in hun werk zodat de patiënt beter kan functioneren in zijn eigen omgeving. Ontplooiing van de medewerker en van teams op elk niveau is voor ons een belangrijke drijfveer. Ons doel is om de kwaliteit van geestelijke gezondheidszorg in binnen-en buitenland te verbeteren. Dat is onze drive en passie.
