FitCirkel is modern kwaliteitsmanagement en een gezamenlijke taal voor leren en verbeteren.
FitCirkel is een sturingsinstrument met een integrale visie op kwaliteit, ontworpen door strategisch managementconsultant Adem Simitci (The Strategy & Execution Office).
Het model is ontwikkeld voor de Nederlandse langdurige zorg, maar zeer bruikbaar voor diverse sectoren en industrieën. Inspiratie voor de werkwijze komt van de Balanced scorecard (Kaplan & Norton). Tegelijkertijd vormt zij een fundamentele kritiek erop. Daarnaast omarmt de methode agile werken alsmede participatief actieonderzoek. Adem werkt met een team van consultants aan de verdere verfijning van deze nieuwe werkwijze voor kwaliteitsverbetering in de zorgsector.
Wij zijn actief in de langdurige zorg voor kleine en middelgrote organisaties, vaak met een intercultureel zorgaanbod, doch niet exclusief.
