Starting off as an innovation project at Enactus EUR in September 2023, Fiwani aims to create a water filtration system that removes nitrate from agricultural runoffs in the Netherlands.
Our mission is to significantly increase the water quality in the Netherlands, where the water quality of rivers and canals is one of the worst one of all EU member states, through our non-invasive and easy-maintenance filtration system.
In the long run, Fiwani’s vision is to provide a sustainable solution for water purification, simultaneously benefiting local farmers, agricultural ecosystems and environment, and maintaining EU water regulation standards.
