Jess Mennella is a perfumer, flower essence therapist, and educator for whom the world of beauty and the vibrational power of nature are inextricably linked. Drawing from her training in natural perfumery, flower essence therapy, and meditation, she uses a range of techniques in the development of FLWR Napa Valley’s scents. A longtime student of world-renowned natural perfumer, Mandy Aftel, Jess has also studied flower essence therapy with the Flower Essence Society. After a career in financial services and luxury retail, she established FLWR Napa Valley in 2018 to offer exquisite scents designed to enable the wearer to step into the world as their true self.
