The Flying Runner is an online magazine, publishing training articles for runners, as well as selling unique and personalised running-themed gifts. We aim to spread the love of running and share helpful information across the running community, including news, articles, resources and expert input. Our training resources are based on sound knowledge of coaching, experience of endurance running, and interviews with experts in a range of fields including sport science, nutrition, phsyiotheraphy and sport psychology. Our product range is unique and special. We also spotted a need for a new dedicated shop to buy beautiful gifts for runners in the UK. There are lots of brilliant places to buy kit and shoes, but we noticed a real lack of good places to lay your hands on lovely treats or rewards for hard effort… so we decided the only thing to be done was to set this up ourselves! Our aim has been to select products very carefully that are sustainably sourced, ethically sound, and the majority of which are produced in Britain. We support small producers and manufacturers, as well as charitable organisations who make unique products for us.
