Dabei kommt eine ganzheitliche, flexible und durchlässige Betreuungskette zum Tragen: Von der Intensivbetreuung in einer Wohngruppe bis zur punktuellen Unterstützung im Rahmen einer individuellen Wohnbegleitung.
Mit einem vielfältigen Angebot an begleiteten und betreuten Arbeits- und Ausbildungsmöglichkeiten verbessert er ausserdem die beruflichen Chancen von Menschen mit einer Beeinträchtigung. Die Tätigkeiten erfolgen in einem wirtschaftsnahen, unternehmerisch organisierten und durchlässigen Umfeld und bietet Menschen mit einer Beeinträchtigung zahlreiche Entwicklungsmöglichkeiten.
