FTCO is a KSA based limited company based in Jubail Industrial City, that offers cost-effective new treatment solutions and technologies for industrial wastewater.
The treatment process is based on the Advanced Electro-chemical Oxidation Process (AEOP). The highlight of this process is that it uses low voltage DC power with special coated electrodes to convert the salt in the wastewater (TDS) to generate a strong solution of mixed oxidants to treat wastewater contamination. This would eliminate the need for the injection of oxidants or biocides. Our technology is a state-of-the-art combined water/wastewater/sewage water treatment technology that is an economically and environmentally friendly alternative to conventional treatment methods.
Our process is applicable for Wastewater Treatment of Industrial Wastewater contaminated with dissolved organics such as dissolved hydrocarbons, aromatics, benzene, toluene, to reduce the level of contamination of COD, BOD, TOC, OG to acceptable discharge limit.
Our process has many application including, but not limited to:
• Cooling Tower Disinfection Treatments and maintenance procedures to control the growth of microorganisms.
• RO Feed Water Disinfection to eliminate any bacteria and prevent biofilm formation on membrane.
FTCO has several mobile pilot units to analyse different types of water or wastewater samples on a case-by-case basis to provide treatment technologies and solutions optimized for our clients, as it fits their unique needs.
