Fountain Set (Holdings) Limited and its subsidiaries are one of the world’s largest circular knitted fabric manufacturers, providing vertically integrated operations in fabric knitting, dyeing, printing and finishing. Since June 2012, Chinatex Corporation has become the largest shareholder of Fountain Set (Holdings) Limited. Chinatex is a wholly-owned subsidiary of COFCO Corporation, which is a state wholly-owned enterprise established in the PRC and a direct wholly-owned subsidiary of the State-Owned Assets Supervision and the Administration Commission of the State Council of the PRC.
