After spending years training fundraisers how to successfully connect with donors and working in major gift and mid-level programs, Lisa, Founder of FourPoints Collective, had three realizations:
1) Nonprofits weren't spending enough time setting their fundraising programs up for success from the start and it was costing them dearly later on. This is especially true of the mid-level space.
2) Too many mid-level strategies were overly complicated and hard to measure, making it tough to advocate for funding them.
