The framework consists of a people centred approach which has 4 stages.
Each stage focuses on a specific area, the first two stages deal with the CEO or Founder and the Team or Family, looking at all aspects of intrapersonal and interpersonal growth. The second two stages deal with the business itself looking at the opportunities to implement changes that would lead to increased sales and profitability and then creating a framework to execute on the resultant strategies in order to achieve the objectives of the Founder or Shareholders.
Coaching is the most powerful methodology to create change in organizations which are required to meet the objectives of the owners.
If a company is struggling to achieve the owners' objectives, it makes sense that something has to change.
This change will always boil down to a change in behaviour on the part of the owner and his management team.
Getting clarity on the owners' objectives , and creating awareness of what changes are required to meet them is the first and most important step in the coaching process. The journey is never as straight forward as what it may seem and change is not easy , we support and hold our clients accountable to going the distance.
