Forssan seudun hyvinvointikuntayhtymä perustettiin 1.1.2014, jolloin Forssan kaupungin sekä Humppilan, Jokioisten, Tammelan ja Ypäjän sosiaalihuollon palvelut, lasten päivähoitoa lukuunottamatta, siirrettiin saman organisaation alaisuuteen.
