FUGARchitecture is an architectural firm based in Chicago, Illinois, operating in the fields of architecture, planning, and project management. We provide all aspects of design including client meetings, programming, conceptual design, scheduling, construction administration and all regulatory agency proceedings governing the permitting and approval of a project. We utilize Building Information Modeling (BIM) software to provide the client with realistic perspectives of how the building comes together and allows the client to really get an understanding of the design in a 3-dimensional presentation. We provide full architectural services for new construction as well as renovations and ADA compliance designs. Our expertise has offered us the ability to work on projects ranging from small interior renovations, to large scale commercial and mixed-use projects.
