Full Circle Cannabis Consultations (F.C.C.C.) is dedicated to protecting the rights of medical cannabis patients & facilitating the implementation of laws that create a fully functional and transparent cannabis industry, any legal purposes (see www.fullcirclecannabis.com). We accomplish this through providing our clients with services in the following areas: Education - F.C.C.C. produces educational products & services to the cannabis industry, the general public and licensed professionals in various related industries. These include the production of Seminars, the publication of digital Course Materials (including tests); teaching Courses for cannabis-based Schools or speaking at cannabis-based Events, and; Developing curriculum for accredited Continuing Education Courses in accordance with professionals in the fields of Medicine, Law, Accounting, Insurance, Security, Law Enforcement and Agriculture. Legal Assistance - Our consulting firm provides the following types of legal aid to clients, in California & throughout the United States: A) Expert Testimony in any civil or criminal case, regarding matters of medical or personal use; B) Consultations that result in the completion of Government Permits or Applications to cultivate or dispense legal cannabis; C) Business and Organization Formation services, with the law firm of Berg and Associates (see www.bergslaw.com). Political Consultations - F.C.C.C. lobby's on behalf of our clients with Government Agencies, Private Business Groups and N.G.O.'s, in order to network their interests with those of the greater community. Additionally, I serve as an Executive Director with Americans for Safe Access (see www.asanational.org). We are currently building Chapters throughout the United States, and especially in California, where our members are currently organizing to defeat anti-cannabis ordinances and networking to raise $ and gather signatures to legalize cannabis in California.
