This platform also focuses on skill development and ability knowledge. To address the skill gap, the Government of India has also set up the Ministry of Skill Development & Entrepreneurship (MSDE) and schemes such as Pradhan Mantri Kaushal Vikas Yojana (PMKVY), Skill India, SANKALP and National Skill Development Mission etc. In today's rapidly changing world, skills are necessary for a student's overall development. It creates a Sense of Independence allows students to think outside the box and promotes a higher level of problem-solving. Life skill education helps students understand how to navigate the world around them and make sound decisions in their daily lives.
