Fundacja EBU is a non-profit organization focused on intercultural education and developing youth work in the local community of Minsk Mazowiecki.
Our main objectives are:
- development of intercultural dialogue,
- intercultural education and increasing the awareness of other cultures,
- promoting tolerance and understanding,
- fighting discrimination and xenophobia,
- facilitating the discovery of individual cultural identity,
- training social skills,
- promoting and implementing voluntary service,
- organizing free time activities and cultural animation projects,

We achieve our goals through the following activities:
- implementing trainings and workshops on intercultural dialogue and social skills for children, youth and adults,
- organizing intercultural meetings and events open for local community,
- realizing international youth projects: exchanges, training courses, seminars, conferences,
- organizing and facilitating voluntary service projects,
- animating free time and holiday activities for children and youth,
- running an information and counseling center on personal and professional development for youth,
- regular activities within the development of a youth club,
- individual projects and initiatives suggested and developed by organisation's members or volunteers.
We focus our activities on youth and we involve young people in activities designed to benefit other target groups. We implement frequently events for the whole local community.
