Nine out of ten startups are failing worldwide [1]. That means many people around the globe having their dreams destroyed or getting depressed every day [2], and governments losing vast amounts of money which could be used to fight poverty or climate change [3].
Fusehunt was founded in 2016 as the world's first strategy-led design accelerator for tech entrepreneurs. We believe that the success or failure of tech startups depends on strategic decisions taken in different phases of the companies to face uncertainty. Such decisions should rely on understanding every critical moment that a new business faces, since the definition of the problem aiming to solve with a potential product until the transition of the startups towards becoming small companies.
We have tailored innovative programs based on research and evidence, depending on the stage of each startup to provide the best support for entrepreneurs. Our distinction is the use of our own methodologies that are the state of the art in entrepreneurship. They are created as a result of extensive research in entrepreneurship and scaleups. This research is carried in the Innovation Group of the Dyson School of Design Engineering, at Imperial College London. This University ranked as the second most innovative university in Europe [4].
Our programs are divided in two main categories: Challenge Driven Innovation and Scale-up Mentoring programs. Fusehunt also publishes relevant information on its blog to help makers in the design of startups that have a higher potential for growth and ability to scale-up.
