These services are facilitated through strategic partnerships with various entities including Telecommunication companies, banks, Microfinance Institutions (MFIs), Savings and Credit Schemes (SACCOs), and Utility companies. FDI utilizes advanced platforms and applications to deliver services to end users through self-service options and a network of agents. The delivery and access channels include APIs and web portals for banks and other businesses, along with smart apps for agents and customers.
